🥘 Recipe #1: Italian Wedding Soup 🇮🇹

Ingredients:
- Chicken broth (low sodium) – 100 calories per cup
- Ditalini pasta – 170 calories per 1/2 cup
- Spinach – 7 calories per cup
- Shredded carrots – 25 calories per 1/4 cup
- Green onions – 5 calories per tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese – 70 calories per tablespoon
Instructions:
- 🥘 In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the ditalini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
- 🥘 Stir in the spinach, carrots and green onions. Cook for 2 more minutes until spinach is wilted.
- 🥘 Ladle soup into bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.
