๐ฎ Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, halibut, etc.)
- Juice of 1 lime๐
- 1 tsp chili powder ๐ถ
- Oil for frying
- 6 small corn tortillas ๐ฝ
- Shredded cabbage๐ฅฌ
- Pico de gallo๐ง or salsa
- Lime crema (sour cream thinned with lime juice)
Instructions:
- Cut fish into 1-inch chunks and toss with lime juice and chili powder.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry fish pieces until opaque and flaky.
- Warm tortillas and fill each with a handful of fish, cabbage and desired toppings.
- Drizzle lime crema over tacos before eating!
