The Mississippi Pot Roast is a true one-pot wonder that’s sure to become a new family favorite. Here is how you can recreate this cozy roast on your stove.

Mississippi Pot Roast

Cook Time: 8-10 hours
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lb chuck roast 🥩
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 🥗
  • 1/2 cup butter 🧈
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix 🍲
  • 1/2 cup water 💧

Instructions:

  1. Place chuck roast in slow cooker. Season all sides with ranch dressing mix.🧂
  2. Slice butter and lay over top and sides of roast. Sprinkle on au jus mix. 🧂
  3. Pour water around roast. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.⏳
  4. Shred or slice roast and serve with cooking juices. Enjoy with your choice of sides! 🥔
