Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:
- 3-4 lb chuck roast 🥩
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix 🥗
- 1/2 cup butter 🧈
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix 🍲
- 1/2 cup water 💧
Instructions:
- Place chuck roast in slow cooker. Season all sides with ranch dressing mix.🧂
- Slice butter and lay over top and sides of roast. Sprinkle on au jus mix. 🧂
- Pour water around roast. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.⏳
- Shred or slice roast and serve with cooking juices. Enjoy with your choice of sides! 🥔
