let’s travel to Southeast Asia for a flavorful noodle dish. Pad Thai is a national dish of Thailand enjoyed worldwide for its blend of rice noodles, protein like shrimp, and zesty sweet/sour sauce. Get ready for this iconic recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz rice noodles 🍜
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, chicken or tofu, sliced 🍀
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
  • 2 eggs πŸ₯š
  • 1⁄4 cup peanuts, crushed πŸ₯œ
  • 3 tbsp tamarind paste πŸ‹
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce 🐠
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 🍯
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce 🌢️
  • 1 cup bean sprouts πŸ₯¦
