Pad Thai 

letβs travel to Southeast Asia for a flavorful noodle dish. Pad Thai is a national dish of Thailand enjoyed worldwide for its blend of rice noodles, protein like shrimp, and zesty sweet/sour sauce. Get ready for this iconic recipe:
Pad Thai
Ingredients:
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/2 lb shrimp, chicken or tofu, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1β4 cup peanuts, crushed
- 3 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Lime
, cilantro
, chili flakes
Instructions:
- Soak noodles until soft, drain and set aside.
- Scramble eggs and slice protein.
- Whisk sauces and sugar in wok over medium.
- Add noodles, protein and garlic. Toss to coat.
- Remove and top with eggs, sprouts, peanuts and herbs.
